Magazine Training International is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. MTI programs are funded by Christian publishers in the United States and Europe.
Who is MTI?
MTI is a missions organization dedicated to strengthening and encouraging Christian magazine staff by providing training and resources. MTI has been active in East-Central Europe since 1989, and in Asia since 2000, offering consulting, producing a variety of print and digital resources, and organizing some 50 conferences on every facet of magazine publishing.
In the last 20+ years, well over a thousand staff members of some 400 Christian magazines from more than 50 countries have attended MTI conferences in countries throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States. Training manuals covering magazine editing, magazine article writing, magazine design, magazine management, and advanced business are available in a total of 10 languages. An MP3 audio writing course in English and DVD courses on the Business of Publishing and Design for Magazines with subtitles in four languages are also available.
