Marshall Shelley
Marshall Shelley is a vice-president of Christianity Today International and editor in chief of the Leadership Media Group, which develops resources for church leaders, including Leadership Journal, PreachingToday.com, ChurchLawAndTax.com, a ministry and culture blog, and others. Marshall has authored several books including The Leadership Secrets of Billy Graham, which he coauthored with Harold Myra. He also served as general editor of The Quest Study Bible for 15 years. Marshall earned a journalism degree from Bethel College and an M.Div. and D.D. from Denver Seminary. |

Shibu K. Matthew
Shibu K. Mathew has served as editor of Ethne mission magazine for 11 years. He also serves as trainer and speaker for Frontier Educational Services, which offers Perspectives and Kairos mission courses. Previously, he was with the Union of Evangelical Students of India, where for five years he was responsible for printing, publishing and distributing books and for the magazine Our Contact. Shibu also manages a number of blogs, and builds Wordpress Web sites. He earned an M.A. in sociology and a post-graduate diploma in journalism from Pondicherry University and St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore. |

Ausrine Seckus
Ausrine Seckus is editor of Tapati magazine, a Lithuanian Christian women’s magazine she co-founded with her husband, Jurgis, seven years ago. Since then, they have published six books to support the magazine. Prior to starting the magazine, Ausrine attended several Magazine Training International courses in Europe. Previously, Ausrine and Jurgis had founded a Lithuanian Christian Student Movement (known as IFES in Europe), which after four years, merged with Agape Lithuania (Campus Crusade for Christ in USA). Ausrine studied English language and literature at the University of Vilnius. |

Adele Mulford
With more than 17 years of experience in magazine art direction, Adele Mulford serves as art director and lead designer on a variety of publications in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Currently, she serves as art director for One, a flagship healthcare magazine. She also works on creation of a Flash-based bi-monthly digital publication. Adele has received awards from the Society of Publication Designers and Print magazine. She has taught design courses with MTI in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Malaysia. |

George Korah
George Korah is founding director of Primalogue Publishing Media, which offers full book publishing and ebook conversion services. Prior to starting Primalogue, George worked with IFES in India as designer of Campus Link and served at South Asia Institute for Advanced Christian Studies (SAIACS) as designer for the SAIACS News and SAIACS Press. George earned bachelor degrees from Mar Ivanios College and Union Biblical Seminary, as well as a post-graduate diploma from Arena Multimedia, Aptech, in Bangalore. |

Anne Elhajoui
Award-winning designer Anne Elhajoui is currently art director and designer for Venice magazine, a lifestyle magazine celebrating the community of Venice, Florida. She also has her own design business, Aeiou Design, where she designs ads, menus, brochures, and posters. Anne served as art director of Discipleship Journal for 12 years before moving to Florida. She earned an MS degree in design from Pratt Institute in New York City and has taught design courses with Magazine Training International in Bulgaria and Croatia. |

Dave Thornton
Dave Thornton is the director of global innovations for Group Publishing in Loveland, Colorado. He has served in a variety of leadership roles at Group for the last 14 years including the director of product development and publisher of Rev! magazine. Dave completed a B.A. in speech communications from Bethel University in Minnesota and then received an M.Div. from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois. He has done extensive training on leadership, publishing, and ministry effectiveness. He also serves on the board of directors for Magazine Training International. |

Jurgis Seckus
Jurgis Seckus is publisher of Tapati magazine, a Lithuanian Christian women’s magazine he co-founded with his wife, Ausrine. They also started an independent publishing house and have published six books to support the magazine. Previously, Jurgis and Ausrine had founded a Christian student movement, which they later merged with Agape Lithuania. Jurgis developed the digital edition of Tapati to increase the reach of the magazine and to cut the cost of production. He studied physics at Vilnius University, and after graduation, worked as a professor and research fellow at the university. |
