The London-based Media Diversity Institute is a secular non-profit,
non-partisan organization that was set up to promote conflict
resolution through diversity reporting in developing societies. The
principle work of the Institute is the coordination and expansion of
the Reporting Diversity Network (RDN), which brings together
journalists, news organizations, media assistance centers, journalism
schools and others in a collaborative effort to moblize the deeper
public understanding of diversity, minority communities, inter-group
